For me, the hummingbird cookies at Schmackary’s in New York City evoke the best feelings. So, I had to figure out a way to bake Schmackary’s inspired hummingbird cookies.

I dream about these delicious cookies even! I enjoyed attempting to recreate them. Though they aren’t quite the same, paired with a cream cheese icing, this recipe is pretty darn close.
