Because of our background, our approach to booking travel for destination weddings is different from many other agents in the market. Here’s a quick rundown of how our process works.

Your Inquiry: We will start by learning more about the two of you; your interests, where you’ve traveled before, and what you envision for your destination wedding. We offer you a free 60-minute consultation 

Service Agreement: Upon deciding to work together, all couples will sign a contract to outline services and expectations of those services. 

Research: After researching destinations & resorts that best fit your unique needs, we will present you with a number of options. We will then work together to narrow down those options. This is a collaborative effort and we welcome your research and input. 

Shopping Quotes: We will submit quote requests to our preferred travel suppliers with whom we maintain excellent relationships, to ensure that we meet the needs of your guests regarding departure airports, time of year, and destination you’ve selected to find the best value for your group. Some tour operators have better promotions with certain properties; we know who they are, so we have you covered.

Guests Bookings + RSVPs: We take care of all of the guests’ resort reservations, creating an RSVP list along the way. You don’t have to keep up with payments, who’s booked and who hasn’t, or make arrangements for guests, so you can focus on the fun part—wedding planning!

Wedding Planning: We serve as a liaison between you and the resort to form the perfect collaboration to bring your wedding vision to life! From planning a welcome party for your guests, to planning a stunning ceremony and an unforgettable reception, we are there every step of the way. We help you with wedding selections, staying on budget, and locating vendors.
