Happy New Year to you! I hope 2017 was good to you, and wish you even better for 2018. I’m so excited for a new year, new goals, and new beginnings, especially some big ones for our family. We’ll be welcoming our twins into the world very soon! Those big changes haven’t stopped me from creating and working towards big goals and dreams, for myself and our family. I decided to continue with a decades list for tracking goals, with a 40 Before 40 Bucket List!
Introducing my 40 Before 40 Bucket List
I recently shared with fellow travel agents my goals for my little travel business for 2018, along with that we are expecting twins soon. My goals & dreams were ridiculed for being too big. Did I let this get me down? NO WAY! It has only added fuel to my fire. I’ve already marked off a few of those goals and we are only 5 days into the year. So ain’t no stoppin’ me!
Why do I share this story? Well, because there is always going to be someone out there to put you down. Go after your dreams, and never let someone tell you they are too big! You CAN accomplish them! So what helps me really focus on my goals? Writing them down! I’ve made print outs & lists for my goals for 2018, and have created a fun graphic to help me stay on track with my new bucket list, 40 things to accomplish before turning 40.
Though I’m just now sharing, I’ve had my 40 Before 40 list together for several months now, since August (my 30th birthday) actually. I was so inspired by how much I accomplished on my 30 Before 30, I knew I had to do the same for the next decade. I had so much fun thinking out of the box for big & small goals for this list, and I’m so excited to mark them off.
